Deep understanding of GitLab CI/CD, runners, repositories, branching strategies, and security features.

Proven experience migrating customers and applications to GitLab from other source control or DevOps platforms.

Experience with DevOps practices, automation, and cloud-based environments.

Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
