About the Opportunity:
As a DevOps Technical Lead at Toppan Merrill, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a stable and efficient cloud-based infrastructure on one of our core product teams. This position will be focused on hands on technical leadership as well as coaching and mentoring other DevOps engineers and SREs. This role requires a strong technical background, a desire to develop leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive base salary pay scale ranging from $116,000 to $120,000 CAD annually, based on experience and expertise. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location. This position is also eligible for a company performance-based bonus program.
