  • Optimize the full infrastructure, with a focus on modernizing, hardening security and enhancing monitoring.
  • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows
  • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure reproducible and auditable environments
  • Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, application delivery, and operational tasks
  • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance
  • Define and enforce security best practices across the development lifecycle
  • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements

  • Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or equivalent
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
  • Solid understanding of cloud networking and security best practices
  • Experience supporting relational and/or NoSQL databases in cloud environments

Leadership & Mindset

  • Proven experience mentoring or leading DevOps engineers
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
