Additionally, you will take on platform engineering responsibilities, where you will design and handle scalable infrastructure platforms that support our clients' development teams, enabling efficient and reliable application delivery. Your role includes working with cloud-based environments and container technologies to ensure that systems are secure, resilient, and performant. You will be a driving force in encouraging a DevOps culture both internally and with our clients, ensuring that development and operational workflows are fully integrated and automated.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Promoting a DevOps approach across teams, leveraging your stakeholder management and communication skills to foster a strong culture.
  • Assisting in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and adopting DevOps practices to streamline development workflows.
  • Joining in on workshops and sales pitches and supplying to proposals for new client projects.

Qualifications

You have a technical background and at least 3-5 years of experience working with DevOps practices and tools. You should have a deep understanding of cloud platforms and containerization, as well as experience in platform engineering concepts like Infrastructure as Code (IaC), platform automation, and systems orchestration. You have a high proficiency in written and spoken English and are either a native Danish speaker or possess a high proficiency in written and spoken Danish.

What you bring to the team:

  • Confirmed experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and expertise in handling cloud-native applications.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of platform engineering, including building reusable infrastructure components, designing internal developer platforms, and automating provisioning and deployments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and experience with configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and working with automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure Pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools for automating and maintaining infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach for identifying areas of improvement and optimizing system performance.

Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
