At Aluxion we are seeking a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of one of our client projects.
About the Role
This is a flexible, part-time role for a DevOps Engineer who will work closely with our internal team to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our AWS-based infrastructure with a strong emphasis on security, monitoring, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using best practices.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Ensure the security and compliance of our infrastructure by implementing robust IAM policies and security best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure smooth deployments and operational excellence.
- Stay updated on the latest DevOps technologies and best practices.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience in DevOps with a strong focus on AWS services, especially EKS.
- Proficiency in Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like GitLab.
- Hands-on expertise with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS security practices and IAM policies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Karpenter for Kubernetes optimization.
- Familiarity with Apache Spark.
- Knowledge of security tools like Trend Micro.
- Experience with MongoDB.
