In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the high availability and security of our systems. You will play a critical role in optimizing our software delivery lifecycle, enabling our engineering teams to ship code faster and more reliably.

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Provision, configure, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

  • CI/CD Pipelines: Design, build, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the testing, staging, and deployment of software applications.

  • Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate container deployments with Kubernetes or similar platforms.

  • Monitoring & Reliability: Implement comprehensive system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog) to proactively identify issues and ensure high system uptime.

  • Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into the deployment pipeline (DevSecOps), manage access controls, and ensure infrastructure compliance with industry standards.

  • Automation & Scripting: Write maintainable scripts (Python, Bash, or Go) to automate routine operational tasks and system administration duties.

  • Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, QA, and product teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve system architecture, and establish DevOps best practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.

  • Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with major cloud service providers, primarily AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

  • Containers & Orchestration: Deep understanding of Docker and production experience managing Kubernetes clusters.

  • CI/CD Tools: Extensive experience with automation servers and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

  • Operating Systems & Networking: Strong Linux system administration skills and a solid understanding of fundamental networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, VPCs).

  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in writing automation scripts using Python, Bash, Node.js, or Go.

  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis under pressure.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.

  • A collaborative and forward-thinking engineering culture.

  • Flexible working hours and remote/hybrid work options.

  • Budget for continuous learning, certifications, and professional development.

  • The opportunity to shape the foundational infrastructure of a scaling product.
