Job Description
Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team.EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering, operations, or equivalent role
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, or related roles.
- Proven experience with Rafay Kubernetes Operations Platform.
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, containers, virtualization (vSphere, OpenStack) including orchestration, networking, and security and hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, etc.).
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes for container orchestration and Rafay for multi-cluster management across cloud platforms (AKS (Azure), GKS (GCP), EKS (AWS)).
- Manage and optimize Rafay deployments, including cluster provisioning, monitoring, and security policies.
- Drive Rafay-based Kubernetes lifecycle management, including upgrades and scaling operations.
- Enhance deployment processes to support multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Establish robust monitoring and logging solutions leveraging Rafay, Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and enforce best practices for version control, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and security in the DevOps lifecycle.
- Leverage configuration management tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and system updates.
- Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure efficient resource utilization.
