Position Overview:
This role will lead a team responsible for automation initiatives, AI integration, and enterprise content management, focusing on RPA, Adobe Sign, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee automation strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and process optimization.

Position Overview:
This role will lead a team responsible for automation initiatives, AI integration, and enterprise content management, focusing on RPA, Adobe Sign, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee automation strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and process optimization.
Duties:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Administer the client’s Adobe management Platform including Adobe Sign.
- Help to create Adobe Sign Automations using Power Automate.
- Provide strong leadership to a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to optimize business processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of automation and AI engineers.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Power Automate, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation and AI processes and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and AI systems.
- 5 years of proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role.
- 10 years of strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 10 years of excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 10 years of experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Adobe management experience including Adobe Sign
- 3 years of experience in RPA (UIPath, Automation anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
- 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- 5 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
