Purpose
Design, implement, and manage the organization's Microsoft cloud infrastructure (Azure) and productivity suite (Office 365). Key responsibilities include deploying and supporting services like Exchange Online, Teams, and Azure AD, ensuring security and compliance, automating tasks with PowerShell, and migrating and integrating cloud services
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain core cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networks, and storage
Office 365 Administration: Manage and support services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
Identity Management: Implement and administer Azure Active Directory (now Microsoft Entra ID) and manage user accounts and permissions
Security and Compliance: Ensure robust security measures and compliance standards are met for the cloud environment
Automation: Develop scripts using PowerShell, Graph API, etc., for deployment, management, and troubleshooting
Cloud Integration: Lead projects to migrate on-premises systems and integrate them with the cloud
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide level 2/3 support for escalated issues in both Azure and Microsoft 365 environments

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of Azure services (VMs, networking, security) and Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and task management
Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Security: Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools and practices
Communication: Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
