Job Description:


Capgemini is looking for Azure Devops Architect for full-time hire in Grand Rapids, MI or Chicago, IL location.


Key Responsibilities:



  •         Review and document existing Azure infrastructure architecture design

  • Advise client on best practices for Azure architecture design, including


    • Hub and spoke architecture

    • Microsoft’s Well-Architected Framework

    • Well verse with GitHub Action, ADO, Power Shell, ARM Templates, IaC – Terraform, and QA Tools Integration with CICD Pipelines

    • Network configuration, including multi-cloud connectivity, cloud to on-prem connectivity, public internet connectivity

    • BCDR and high-availability

    • Security concerns (configuration, monitoring and alerting) in Azure

    • Price predictability and forecasting strategies


  • Design an enterprise scale to-be landing zone in Azure to support multiple applications, connectivity to other public cloud providers and on-premise systems

  • Build milestone-based implementation approach and high-level implementation estimates for to-be Azure landing zone

  • Review and document client’s current CI/CD processes and tooling

  • Propose options for consolidated CI/CD and release management tooling to support Azure infrastructure and deployments

  • Knowledgeable on DevSecOps and security automation

  • Able to present and summarize findings and recommendations to both a technical and executive audience


Certifications 



  • MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA Cloud Platform Solutions Associate, MCSA Linux on Azure Solutions Associate

  • Architect Exam priorities\: AZ-400 Azure DevOps Solutions, Architecting Azure Solutions, AZ – 300 & AZ - 301, 70-533, AZ – 100 & 101 Implementing Azure Infrastructure Solutions
