Your Role 

As our Azure Cloud Engineer (DevOps) in Lisbon, you will ensure the successful automation, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will focus on designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Azure technologies, enabling smooth delivery and scalable operations.

You will:

Act as a technical expert on Azure cloud infrastructure, deployment automation and configuration of Azure services.
Collaborate customers and internal teams to develop solutions, focusing on automation and continuous delivery.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring automated and efficient deployment processes.
Ensure that cloud infrastructure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with company and industry standards.
Contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements, exploring opportunities for greater automation, monitoring and efficiency.

What you will be building in this job:

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement automated deployment of Azure infrastructure using Azure DevOps pipelines, Terraform, Bicep, or similar tools.
CI/CD pipelines: Develop and configure continuous integration and delivery pipelines for cloud solutions, automating the build, test, and release processes.
Azure Services: Deploy and manage Azure services like APIM, Functions, Web Apps, Storage, etc., ensuring efficient and scalable architectures.
Cloud infrastructure automation: Work on the automation of cloud-only and hybrid cloud solutions, integrating with existing systems and ensuring a smooth operation of the platform.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure blueprints, configuration guides, and DevOps pipeline documentation.

The ideal profile to thrive in the role has:

3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer with a focus on Azure deployments, automation, and DevOps practices.
Experience with the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or other equivalent platforms.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for cloud deployments.
Experience with hybrid cloud implementations, including integration with Azure Entra ID.
Familiarity with Azure PaaS services such as APIM, Functions, Web Apps, and Azure Cognitive Services.

Familiarity with Azure Networking services such as Azure Virtual Network, Network Security Groups, Azure Load Balancer, VPN Gateway, and Application Gateway.

Fluent in English (Portuguese and/or French is a plus)

Technical Knowledge

Mandatory:

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development using Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
Expertise in Azure PaaS services (e.g., APIM, Functions, Web Apps, Storage, etc.).
Experience automating Azure infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep.
Knowledge of cloud governance, security, and compliance best practices in Azure environments.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure OpenAI or Generative AI technologies.
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4.
Experience designing and implementing secure network architectures using Azure networking components.
Certifications: (AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-300, AZ-400, DP-900, AI-102…).
