This is a remote position.
· The scope of this work package is for Defence AWS/AZURE Environments cloud service developers within the Cloud Operations team.
· The Supplier is responsible for the ongoing management and support of the AWS/AZURE Environment.
· This includes monitoring system health, performance tuning, Incident response, capacity planning and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
· The Supplier is responsible for implementing and maintaining automation scripts using AWS Systems Manager or AWS Lambda, maintaining Defence tools and integrations, troubleshooting complex issues and providing advanced technical support to end users.
· The Supplier is responsible for implementing and maintaining automation scripts using tools such as Azure Automation and PowerShell, maintain Defence tools and integrations, troubleshooting complex issues and providing advanced technical support to end users.
· The AWS/AZURE developer team must provide:
o Service Provisioning and Orchestration
o Environment Lifecycle Management
o Service Management
o Service Operations
o Service Operation Analytics
o DevSecOps
o ICT Security Accreditation
o Service Availability & Performance Monitoring
o Tooling and Automation
