Role Summary/Purpose:
DevOps Solution Architect responsible for DevOps process flow, continuous integration and continuous delivery process for cloud native and container applications, IaC ( Infrastructure as Code), cloud automation and traditional IT applications using tools like IBM Urbancode Deploy, Cloudbees, Jenkins, Bitbucket (GIT), SonarQube and Nexus repository

Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate with across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software build, test and deployment process.
An ability to conceptualize complex ideas quickly and convey them to others in a clear, effective, and motivating manner
Collaboration: Expert collaborations skills with an ability to work effectively across broad teams and to influence stakeholders at all levels company wide
Developing and maintaining CI/CD process for Public/Private cloud and on-prem applications using tools like Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, IBM Urban code deploy (uDeploy) etc.
Hands on experience with AWS, Azure and GCP cloud services
Proficiency with IaC tools particularly Terraform to provision cloud resources in AWS, Azure and GCP using CI/CD pipeline.
Deploying, automating, maintaining releases for Cloud and Traditional application using release/change management process.
Ensure security and adherence to release/change management process for production releases.
Administration, Deployment, Automation and management of DevOps Platform and tools.
Expertise required in HashiCorp vault for secrets management in multi cloud setups.
System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains.
Ability to Identify opportunities for architecture improvements and recommend process enforcement to streamline and optimize the DevOps platform and CI/CD pipeline
Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any engineering discipline with 8+ years of IT experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in development, Integration and Administration of DevOps platform ,CI/CD pipeline using Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, HP Fortify, Nexus IQ, Urban Code Deploy, Cloudbees, HashiCorp Vault.
5 + years of experience in programming languages like Python, Shell script, Terraform, Groovy and Rest API.
4+ years of hands on experience in cloud platforms – AWS, Azure and GCP
Strong hand on experience with containerization systems (Dockers, Kubernetes)
Experience deploying applications to cloud micro service architecture (Private and Public cloud platforms )
Strong hand on experience in creating and customizing Helm charts for Containers application deployment
Must have extensive knowledge of release/change management process.
Experienced or Awareness with Scrum and Agile methodologies with geographically distributed teams.
Solid experience with configuration management tools like Chef and Ansible.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
Should be at-least Critical Talent or Strong Contributor.

The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
