They have more than 250 employees, in NYC, Tel-Aviv, Ukraine, and Serbia. The tech team in Kyiv includes 40 smart & talented Software Engineers & QAs. They are currently expanding the rapidly growing team and looking for bright and hungry individuals who want to have an essential role and join the team of a disruptive startup.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline deployment processes.
- Infrastructure Management and Automation: Develop, manage, and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.
- Collaboration and Support for Development Teams: Work closely with software developers to integrate new applications and update existing ones, enabling efficient and reliable development workflows.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Design, evaluate, and implement DevOps solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability across environments.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices within DevOps workflows, including managing access control, secrets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Performance Optimization and application debugging: Identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks within the infrastructure, ensuring optimal resource utilization and response times, be able find and resolve issues in the application code, identify errors, memory leaks, and inefficient processes that affect system performance.
- Configuration Management and Version Control: Ensure proper versioning, configuration management, and automated testing of infrastructure and application code to maintain consistency and traceability.
- Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze infrastructure usage to implement cost-saving strategies, optimize resource utilization, and reduce cloud expenses without compromising performance.

Skills and Requirements:
- 4+ Years of Experience with AWS: Proven experience managing and deploying infrastructure on AWS, including expertise in core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Cloud Solution Architectures: In-depth understanding of cloud solution architectures, including microservices, serverless, and distributed systems. Experience designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures using AWS and other cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and high availability.
- Strong Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, or similar, with a deep understanding of infrastructure automation and orchestration.
- Proficiency in CI/CD Tools: Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar.
- Expertise in Linux/Unix Environments: Extensive experience working with Linux-based systems, including deep knowledge of system internals, performance tuning, shell scripting, networking, and troubleshooting. Strong ability to optimize and manage Linux environments for high-performance and reliability.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container management, deployment, and orchestration, preferably on AWS EKS or ECS.
- Scripting and Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell or Bash, with an emphasis on automating infrastructure and DevOps processes.
- Monitoring and Logging Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch, DataDog, Grafana, or ELK Stack, with the ability to set up alerts, dashboards, and troubleshoot issues.
- Security Best Practices: Experience implementing security best practices on AWS, including managing IAM roles, security groups, data encryption, and compliance with organizational security policies.
- Cost Management and Optimization: Strong understanding of AWS cost structures, with experience implementing cost optimization practices such as right-sizing instances, reserved instances, and monitoring usage patterns.
- The candidate must be able to actively contribute to team discussions, presenting ideas with clear reasoning and supporting examples. They should be open to considering alternative solutions and adapt to the team's final decision if better arguments are presented. Strong communication skills are essential to explain and justify solutions while respecting differing opinions.Β 
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with DataOps, ETL processes, and data warehousing practices.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of IT best practices typically followed in medium to large organizations.
